Hello my lovely followers!
It’s been a long time since I have actually written something myself on here, and I feel like a few of my goals on here are a little outdated. So let’s regroup :)
My goal at the moment is to lose 7lbs before my birthday (16th of October) and it’s going well so far! I’ve lost 3lbs so far and it’s not even september! I’m finding eating right pretty hard at the moment, but I’m getting back into my running and have started getting back into my squats and deadlifts too.
I would absolutely love if any of you guys wanted to chat and be like a support system for one another, so let me know :)
